Should have experience in developing or maintaining Intelligent platform Management Functions (IPMI based) in firmware.

Should have experience in design verification, four corner testing and performance tuning for high speed interfaces, functional simulation and validation experience at board and system level.
Should have experience with backplane based system with high speed interfaces. Should have experience in developing firmware for diagnostics and POST.

Skills:

Should have experience in constructing test environments to validate logic function of complex ASIC design points, create drivers and checkers used in cycle simulation, debug and isolate fails, perform all aspects of pre-silicon logic verification, verification of multi-chip level models and interface testing.
Should have experience in placement, wiring and timing optimization of RLM’s,

Skills:
Unix scripting (csh, ksh), Booledozer, PDS, Tcl, Perl, Einstimer, C/C++, IBM Verification tools, VHDL, IB, PCI-E, bus architectures, Ethernet, debug skills. Should have experience in system stress and I/O functional testing involving different configurations e.g., multiple processors and various OS partitions, Guard-band testing over various temperature, voltage and frequency ranges, reliability, accessibility and serviceability testing, maintenance package verification, debugging and trouble shooting.
